Individuals whom are 12 years and older who completed the 2 dose series of their COVID-19 vaccine are eligible for their 1st booster. Please be advised that proof of previous vaccination is required.

Regardless of having Moderna of Pfizer as their 1st booster, individuals over the age of 50 or whom are moderately/severely immunocompromised are:

• Eligible for a second booster 4 months after their 1st booster and can take either Moderna/Pfizer for their 2nd booster
