What is a booster?

The simplest answer is, a booster is just an additional dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine or the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine in order to prolong immunity against the virus.

When can you receive the second booster?

Patient can receive a second booster after 2 months of their last COVID-19 Vaccine.

Can you mix and match vaccines?

Per CDC, persons who received either Moderna COVID-19 vaccine or the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine are recommended to receive the same vaccine for a third/fourth dose; however, some do mix.

What are some side effects experienced after the booster?

Most individuals report similar side effects to the original two doses which include fatigue, fever, pain at injection site amongst other flu like symptoms.

Similar to the two-dose series, serious side effects are rare, but may occur.

Proof of vaccination will be required. Please bring a valid ID (Drivers License, Passport, etc.) along with your insurance information.
